∎ Sea Fish BD ( www.seafishbd.com ) and Super Food ( www.bdsuperfood.com ) are the e-commerce platforms running under the group name Catalyst. These are very highly growing start-ups. This is the largest and the first of its kind fully food-based e-commerce site in Bangladesh.
∎ Looking for a talented, experienced, dynamic, potential candidate as an Operation Manager who has initiative, drive, and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results. The successful incumbent will play a strategic role in the overall Operation management of the Company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire Supply Chain Process (Order to delivery) and Ensure all orders are delivered on time.
∎ Manage delivery team and Ensure all delivery riders maintain their schedule and are available for their shifts
∎ Motivate and monitor delivery staff to continually improve their performance
∎ Efficiently manage delivery route ensuring cost benefit analysis and customer delight.
∎ Vehicle Fleet management and ensure proper maintenance.
∎ Suppliers contract negotiation and payment management.
∎ Liaison with accounts dept for daily collection.
∎ Properly maintain customer complain and products return management
∎ New product launching and quality sourcing.
∎ Ensure that delivery staffs comply with the rules and regulations of the company
∎ Solve any ad hoc issues that arise during delivery operations time.
∎ Work with the business development and marketing team to increase the sales and revenue
Additional Requirements:
∎ Successful track record in Operations Management in a high growth start-up and tech companies.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
Salary:
∎ BDT 25000 to BDT 40000
An attractive remuneration package will be offered for most deserving candidate.
