Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Diploma in CSE or equivalent from any reputed educational institute.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver technological support as a Single Point of Contact to the field offices of Microfinance Programme
∎ Provide first level support to Software Applications
∎ Provide first & second level supports to IT Infrastructure including:
∎ Computing Devices: Desktop, Laptop, TAB etc.
∎ Office Equipment: Printer, Scanner, Projector etc.
∎ Network Equipment: Modem, SIM, Router, Switch, Access Points etc.
∎ Power: Generator, UPS, AVR, IPS etc.
∎ Ensure execution of periodic & ad-hoc maintenance & health-check activities
∎ Participate in related cross-functional projects
∎ Conduct technical training to related stakeholders
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Candidates with 6-12 months of related experience will be given preference
