Responsibilities & Context:
Install, configure, and maintain PABX and telephone systems to ensure uninterrupted internal and external communication.
Diagnose and resolve telephone line and system faults, coordinating with service providers as required.
Maintain and service MATV (Master Antenna Television) systems, ensuring consistent signal quality and performance.
Monitor, operate, and support Building Management Systems (BMS), including BAS: HVAC, lighting, and automation control systems, FAS: Fire alarm systems—testing, inspection, and compliance with safety standards, PA: Public address and emergency audio systems.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance, inspections, and system performance checks to avoid downtime.
Respond promptly to system faults and coordinate with external vendors for repairs and upgrades when necessary.
Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports in compliance with company standards and safety policies.
