• Install, configure, and maintain PABX and telephone systems to ensure uninterrupted internal and external communication.

• Diagnose and resolve telephone line and system faults, coordinating with service providers as required.

• Maintain and service MATV (Master Antenna Television) systems, ensuring consistent signal quality and performance.

• Monitor, operate, and support Building Management Systems (BMS), including BAS: HVAC, lighting, and automation control systems, FAS: Fire alarm systems—testing, inspection, and compliance with safety standards, PA: Public address and emergency audio systems.

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance, inspections, and system performance checks to avoid downtime.

• Respond promptly to system faults and coordinate with external vendors for repairs and upgrades when necessary.

• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports in compliance with company standards and safety policies.
