∎ Basic knowledge of software programming or scripting (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

∎ Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and local healthcare regulations in Bangladesh is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide day-to-day technical support for the pharmacy management software, addressing any software-related issues or malfunctions.
∎ Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of the pharmacy management system, including software updates and patches.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, user access, and integrations with other platforms.
∎ Perform regular backups and ensure data security within the pharmacy management software.
∎ Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve software-related challenges that may impact pharmacy operations.
∎ Assist pharmacy staff and users in understanding and navigating the software, providing guidance and training as needed.
∎ Create and maintain user manuals and support documentation for pharmacy staff to easily access software-related solutions.
∎ Coordinate with the pharmacy team to collect feedback on software functionality and report suggestions or areas for improvement to the technical team.
∎ Respond to and resolve technical issues related to the pharmacy management software in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Work closely with the IT department and software vendors to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues.
∎ Perform root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence of technical problems.
∎ Collaborate with the IT and development teams to implement improvements and updates to the software system.
∎ Prepare periodic reports on system performance, user satisfaction, and technical issues for management review.
∎ Assist in software testing before major updates or system integrations to ensure minimal disruptions to pharmacy operations.
∎ Software Support & Maintenance:
