Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: U. C. Chem BD Ltd is a sales-driven organization urgently looking for young, energetic, and technically skilled professionals for our technical support team. To meet the growing demand for our products across Bangladesh, we seek candidates who can bridge customer support with factory-level technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine factory visits to customer facilities to perform product trials, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide on-site support as required.
Offer technical guidance and recommendations to customers on product application, process optimization, and problem-solving in line with industry best practices.
Maintain close coordination with the sales team to ensure smooth implementation of product solutions and factory trials.
Provide timely and detailed feedback to senior management regarding product performance, customer satisfaction, and market demands.
Develop new customer relationships and maintain a structured client technical support database, ensuring regular follow-ups and issue resolutions.
Conduct market surveys and competitor product performance analysis to identify opportunities for product development and application.
Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to technical support activities, including trial reports, customer feedback records, and monthly performance summaries.
Organize and participate in customer training programs, seminars, and technical presentations as part of the product promotion strategy.
Stay updated with the latest textile processing technologies and chemical applications to continuously enhance technical support capability
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management relevant to the company’s business operations and strategic objectives.
