Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Technical Support Executive at Computer Graphics and Design, you will play a crucial role in our customer-focused approach. Your primary responsibilities will include:
∎ 1. Demonstrating our engineering CAD software solutions to customers, showcasing their capabilities and benefits.
∎ 2. Providing pre-sales support by understanding customer requirements, addressing inquiries, and offering suitable solutions.
∎ 3. Assisting customers with post-sales support, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely resolutions.
∎ 4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
∎ 5. Documenting customer interactions, feedback, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
∎ 6. Staying updated with industry trends, product enhancements, and participating in continuous learning and training initiatives.
