Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of relevant working experience including 2 years in a managerial position in the area of DQA, program planning, implementation of monitoring & evaluation process with partners in a large complex project.
∎ Candidates having experience of working in HIV/AIDS and high-risk populations will get preference.
∎ Proven skills in setting indicators, developing M&E plan, tools and system.
∎ Excellent managerial and coordination skills to establish efficient working relations and develop a partnership with Government, Development Partners, UN Technical Agencies and NGO officials to contribute in National Response on HIV/AIDS program.
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Proficient in computer skills of word processing in MS Word, MS Excel spreadsheet, PowerPoint Presentation.
∎ Thorough practical knowledge on statistical packages like STATA and/or SPSS is must.
∎ Knowledge on GIS will be considered as an added advantage.
