Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of experience in the field of M&E/ MEAL and research
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in research works for Health and Nutrition projects is preferred
∎ Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative monitoring and evaluation methodologies
∎ Experience in qualitative and quantitative research (preferably in Health and Nutrition)
∎ Should be proficient in computer operation, particularly, in R/SPSS, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint
∎ Experience in working on Technology based MEAL system/processes
∎ Good data management and analytical skills, ability to interpret data
∎ Proficient in computer operation, particularly, in SPSS, MS-Excel, MS-Access, and MS-PowerPoint
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English.
∎ Politically and culturally sensitive and willingness to be flexible and accommodating in difficult working circumstances.
