Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Agriculture, Food Security and Livelihoods and/or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:

Job Context:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years working experiences in the livelihoods sector including 2 years in management or supervisory position. Experience of working on Partner Management, Implementation of integrated project, Rights based & partnership approaches.
∎ Clear understanding and competency on project/program management and livelihoods training program management.
∎ Experience in implementing livelihoods and skill training program, youth development, soft skills, stakeholder engagement, internal and external communication and program monitoring.
∎ Familiarity with CRC and Human Rights instruments; understanding of rights-based/child rights programming.
∎ Proficient in programming, budgeting, and M&E; conflict management; strong partnership skills.
∎ Articulation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; facilitation, analytic, and time management skills; excellent writing skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Results-oriented; commitment to self and others' development; strong problem-solving and decision-making; innovation and adaptability; technical and professional expertise application; effective collaboration and networking skills.
