Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Business/ Economics/ Social Science/ Development Studies/ Statistics or any other related discipline. Educational qualification may be relaxed considering relevant experience or good academic background

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in Monitoring and Results Measurement/ M&E in rural development projects;
∎ Must have demonstrated expertise/experience in development programming and implementation
∎ Considerable understanding and knowledge on rural markets, and rural service provision
∎ Familiarity and experience with project management concepts;
∎ Ability to use standard software for data management/analysis such as Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets. Skills in using Stata, R, or SPSS for data analysis will be an added advantage;

Salary: Negotiable
