• iDE is looking for a qualified Technical Specialist-Communications and Behavior Change for the Transforming Lives through Nutrition Project. This role requires an energetic and detail-oriented person who can manage multiple tasks. This individual is a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, is willing to learn, and can manage multiple tasks while adapting to shifting priorities. The role will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting communication and social & behavior change (SBC) strategies within the organization’s market systems development initiatives. The position will ensure that project interventions are inclusive, participatory, and impactful by combining innovative communication approaches with proven behavior change methodologies to influence practices, norms, and decision-making among target communities, local service providers, private sector actors, and government stakeholders.

• This individual will assist with communications tasks including, but not limited to: high-quality graphic design, writing and editing, photo and video production and editing, social media content management, basic video editing, maintaining and fostering social media publication, media relations, digital asset management, event coordination, case story collection, archiving and managing knowledge products and other support tasks as assigned by project lead.

• Job Location: Dhaka with field visits as needed

• Reporting Line: Project Manager-Transforming Lives through Nutrition

• Contract Duration: Up to June 30, 2026, with the possibility of further extension.
