Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years' work experience in similar activities related to communication, documentation, campaign activities, social media, article writing, material development, and writing in newspapers.
∎ Candidates having experience of working in health and nutrition communications, developing and implementation of strategic communication plans and social media including detailed knowledge about GoB policies and administration structure in Bangladesh will get preference.
∎ Experience of working with health programs (MNH and youth engagement in prevention of child marriage) and communication.
∎ Experience working with NGOs or other organization, preferably on health.
∎ Experience of working in partnership approach and capacity to coordinate and collaborate effectively with different Government counterparts especially divisional/district level health and family planning managers including local government bodies.
∎ Experience of rapport building, networking and relationship building.
∎ Experience and commitment to participatory approaches to development.
∎ Ability to take initiative, independently as well as part of a team.
∎ Excellent communication skills - presentation, negotiation, analysis, reflection.
∎ Computer skills are required with excellent verbal, oral and written communications skills in Bangla and English to translate complex things in user friendly and simple manner.
∎ Good analytical (thinking) skills with ability to produce standard reports & and case studies.
∎ Proficiency in standard office software plus online tools and platforms.
∎ Networking, including using social media platforms for communication.
