Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree, preferably in English/Communication/Journalism or other relevant discipline. Any certification course related to Maternal Health, Family Planning and/or Quality of Care will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in relevant field, preferably in adolescent sexual & reproductive health & rights.
∎ Demonstrated experience of working closely with the government agencies, experience with MOH&FW is strongly preferred.
∎ Excellent knowledge on coordination, communication with government stakeholders including ensuring local government engagement.
∎ Experience in external communication packaging & dissemination with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Experience in media and production of print, audio, video communication materials will also get additional preference.
∎ Experience of working in a team especially with implementing partners' team.
∎ Understanding of NGO and public sector and national health system issues is necessary.
∎ Fluency in English is a MUST.
∎ Effective communication skill (verbal/nonverbal) both in Bengali and English
∎ Effective presentation of relevant information (oral & written)
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & illustrations.
