Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting: Director (Business Development), and Shell Marine Regional Manager in Singapore
∎ Function: Technical service & Market Development.
∎ Delivery of technical analysis & advice clients in close cooperation with Technical advisors from Shell Singapore.
∎ Delivering second line technical support to customers & local sales team.
∎ As part of the central team , propose & implement innovative but pragmatic ideas to simplify activtities as much as possible .
∎ Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
∎ Proactively identify new business opportunities for Shell Marine Lubricants
∎ Meeting regular sales target and coordinating strategic sales plan.
∎ Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners and keeping customer records.
∎ Providing after-sales support service like technical back up as required.
∎ As the marine business is constantly changing , the job scope highlighted here may be changed to suit the changing buisness need.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant technical experience which would include practical experience in the operation & maintenance of machinery plant , preferably gained in Marine or Power Generation environment.
∎ Knoeledge on Lubricants including used oil analysis & condition monitoring would be of advantage.
∎ B2B Sales and industrial experience in lubricant/paint/chemical/manufacturing industry particularly in MNC will be preferred.
∎ Sound in email communication with excellent presentation skills.
∎ Knowledge on Computer literacy is required.
∎ Open to travel frequently.
