Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors in any discipline
∎ BSc. in Fisheries/Masters in Fisheries/Aquaculture from any well reputed university. Some positions may also require prior experience in techno-sales or marketing roles within the aqua industry.

∎ Experience in techno-sales, marketing, and business development in the aqua industries.
∎ Skills & Area of Expertise
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating promotional content and interacting with customers.
∎ Understanding and interpreting data to assess the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
∎ Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to develop & maintain strong, solid working relationships with external customers and business partners (Aqua Consultants, Farm Owners, Rural Village Practitioners, Wholesalers, Consignment Stockists, Retailers, Key Accounts, and Key Opinion Leaders etc.)
∎ Experience & Business Area

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for territory sales & marketing activities of Aqua healthcare products.
∎ Achieving assigned territory's monthly sales target and reporting monthly to line manager.
∎ Visiting Aqua farms extensively and address challenges of Aqua farmers and provide technical supports.
∎ Receivables collection for the proposed period.
∎ Effectively cover the entire territory as per marketing plans and optimal territorial layout planning.
∎ Create and execute promotions that drive sales and create new customers while fostering loyalty from existing ones.
∎ Develop skills to manage Forecasts, Profit Plan, Campaign, and Customers visit within targeted goals. Identify influential factors in the territory.
∎ Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of company products, competition, and markets.
∎ Responsible for planning, developing, and executing promotional strategies within the assigned territory to increase sales of GreenHill Pharmaceuticals' products and services.
∎ Ensure effective coordination, cooperation, and monitoring of your sales team members and also being responsible for managing your own individual territory.
