• 3+ years experience in IT, digital education, or a startup/tech environment.

• Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.)

• Comfortable with CRMs, LMS platforms, and online business tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Google Suite)

• Strong understanding of IT concepts and the training landscape

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

We’re now looking for a Technical Sales & Operations Manager to join our team and help scale the business. This is a multi-disciplinary role ideal for someone with a tech background who also has experience in digital sales, business operations, and customer success.

Your Mission

You’ll be the operational backbone of Linexis IT—helping us run smoother, sell smarter, and deliver better student experiences. You’ll bridge the gap between technology, marketing, and business operations.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing

• Manage and optimize digital sales funnels (Facebook/Google/LinkedIn ads, landing pages, etc.)
• Track KPIs like lead conversions, cost-per-click, and course enrollments
• Write or edit marketing content (emails, course descriptions, newsletters)
• Follow up with leads and assist in closing course enrollments

Tech & Platform Support

• Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) operations and updates
• Coordinate course scheduling and student onboarding workflows
• Provide light technical support to students (login issues, content access, etc.)
• Work with web developers/designers to maintain and improve the website.

Business & Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations (class schedules, trainer coordination, CRM upkeep)
• Automate tasks using tools like Zapier, Airtable, or Google Workspace.
• Ensure smooth communication between trainers, students, and vendors.
• Help with budgeting, payments, and reporting.
