∎ Excellent knowledge and understanding of Labor Law of Bangladesh.

∎ Excellent analytical skills with the capacity of identifying all risks and proactively choosing the best solutions.
∎ Strong personal & professional ethical values are essential for the position.
∎ Well proficient with ATS platforms, Google Sheet and MS-Office

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
∎ Prepare job descriptions for technical roles.
∎ Manage stakeholder and candidate communication.
∎ Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of top tech talent through proactive sourcing strategies, networking, and market research.
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
∎ Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
∎ Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure a strong match with job requirements and company culture.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor in the hiring process.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.
∎ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters as needed.

∎ We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Recruitment team and help us attract top-tier engineering talent. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Data Scientists, etc.). The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of tech stacks, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
