Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor/Honors degree.      

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Merchandising is preferable.

• Master’s degree in any discipline.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Age At least 27 years

Experience Requirements:

• At least 5 years.      

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Multinational Companies, Garments, Textile, Buying House.

Additional Requirements:

• Considering the required experience the age could start from 30 years and above.     

• Preferably male due to the inspections are mostly out of the office and out of Dhaka.

Job Context:

• We are currently looking for experienced and eligible candidates for the "Technical Quality Assurance Inspector" position who are dynamic, proactive, and mentally prepared to work after office hours during high season if necessary due to work demands.

• Fluent in English and Bangla verbal and written communication and technical email communication.

• Expert User of MS Office and Excel.

Job responsibilities:

• Production inspection and follow up for fashion liaison office. Having the product knowledge to handle cut and sew knits, sweater and woven product quality and production.

• Having the ability & experience to perform/ conduct PP meeting In-Line and Final Inspection following the company`s quality control procedure, inspection requirement and applying the quality standard. Possess technical skills to find out and prevent any potential quality issues that may arise in production and the ability to prevent and solve it immediately and share the same in the office.

• Prepare and submit all inspections reports within 24 hours with accurate information.

• Possess a good comprehension (understanding) to interpret the technical comments to apply in production and to apply when commenting on the pre-production approval samples based on previous counter sample comment and technical pack.  Follow up to ensure to receive the correct resubmissions from the suppliers prior to start productions.

• Co-operation with suppliers but maintaining high integrity, loyalty to the company and possess a good professional working manner in the workplace (whether in office or in factory).

• Possess team spirit and accountability. Report, coordinate and communicates to the team leader and having an open mind to receive a constructive performance feedback, sharing to the team any preventive measures for any potential problems, finding solutions, effective methods to avoid the same mistakes.

• Maintaining the work schedules and work completion whether it is inspection or approval within the given time frame.
