Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
∎ Provide advanced technical guidance and innovative solutions to meet client needs.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
∎ Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
∎ Identify and mitigate risks to project success, resolving any issues that arise.
∎ Ensure high-quality project deliveries by setting clear expectations and monitoring progress.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and task backend and frontend solutions.
∎ Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
∎ Continuously improve project management processes and practices.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
∎ Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technical environment.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in backend and frontend solution design.
∎ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Proven ability to identify and resolve risks and issues.
∎ Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Experience handling foreign clients is essential.
∎ Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
∎ Scrum Master or similar project management certification is a plus.
