• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

• Professional certifications in project management are a strong plus

• Minimum 2 years' proven experience in project management within an IT/software company.

• Exceptional English fluency (verbal and written); confident client communicator.

• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and time management skills.

• Track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

• High emotional intelligence, collaboration skills, and problem-solving ability.

• Familiarity with CMS, design, and software development workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all web, CMS, and software development projects end-to-end

• Master time, resource, and team allocation for deadline-driven excellence

• Assign tasks, drive accountability, and maintain clear project documentation

• Lead efficient daily stand-ups, progress reviews, and client update meetings

• Communicate instantly with internal teams and clients; ensure satisfaction and service quality

• Proactively address risks, bottlenecks, and operational challenges with maturity

• Drive continuous improvement and instill best practices across the organization
