Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)/MSc in Animal Science from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure technical support for timely and quality implementation of all project interventions;
∎ Provide technical support on small ruminant production, management and marketing and ensure necessary treatment in community level for small ruminant;
∎ Contact and coordination with different livestock related Service Delivery Institutions (SDIs); Local Service Providers (LSP) and also the project stakeholders and the targeted community;
∎ Organize field day, method and result demonstration on small ruminant production, management and marketing;
∎ Assist Project Coordinator-PC for facilitating training, workshop, stakeholder summit;
∎ Assist Community Development Officer for organizing group discussion;
∎ Identify learning, best practices and carry out necessary documentation;
∎ Ensure adequate guidance for field level project staff;
∎ Coach & mentor the field staff to improve their required skills;
∎ Assist PC for compiling and developing report both in qualitative & quantitative aspects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant field
∎ Ability to provide technical support and treatment animal especially small ruminant.
∎ Ability to communicate with relevant stakeholders
∎ Sound background in MS Office and internet browsing
∎ Sound knowledge and skill on using different communication media
∎ Sound networking ability
∎ Hard working and self-motivated
∎ Motor Cycle driving skill with valid driving license.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 48000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Compensation & other benefits: As per the project provision
