∎ Candidate should have knowledge on theoretical and practical on agriculture filed.
∎ Have knowledge and working experience with local government official, local NGOs, local leader.
∎ Have to must valid motor cycle driving license.
∎ Candidate have willingness to work in the rural area with poor farmers.
∎ Candidate should have experience and knowledge on MS. Word, MS. Excel, Power point.
