Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelor Degree in Social Science or relevant discipline from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reportable directly to the Project Coordinator;
∎ Responsible for field level implementation of project activities maintaining guideline, quality standard to achieve project result.
∎ Implement the project activities, following organizational policies including Child Safeguarding Policy.
∎ Responsible to achieve targeted result of the project in his or her assigned area.
∎ Prepare action plan for effective and efficient implementation of the project activities.
∎ Organize, facilitate, conduct different session, training, workshop, orientation, meeting with project participants and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Arrange monthly meeting;
∎ Conduct/Supervise survey;
∎ Prepare data base report ;
∎ Organize different awareness campaign, dialogue at local and community level.
∎ Arrange day observation event;
∎ Developing capacity of Team.
∎ Supervise the staff under him/her for effective implementation of the project activities;
∎ Arrange different advocacy meetings, workshops, seminar, FGD, community leaders' meetings;
∎ Training needs assessment for the project participants;
∎ Develop regular liaison and linkage with community people, local stakeholders, GOs and NGOs;
∎ Motivate project participants to involve in project activities.
∎ Prepare monthly compilation report which received from the field;
∎ Prepare and submit of different reports based on project activities to the project coordinator
∎ Develop implementing plan for the effective implementation of the field activities;
∎ Review quarterly staff performance;
∎ In absence of Project coordinator, he/she will ensure the implementation of the project activities properly.
∎ Any other assignment given by the project authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 years of practical experience in related field.
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools
∎ Very good communication skill in Bengali and English is required.
Salary: Tk. 37000 - 42000 (Monthly)
