Responsibilities & Context:

Ensure electrical or electronic support, problem solving & maintenance of all sewing and other tailoring machine at the Production center.

  • Take preventive action and daily maintenance of all the sewing machines.

  • Provide full support for smooth running of all sewing machine of the center.

  • Troubleshoot for all the sewing, embroidery and others machine.

  • Keep maintenance as per schedule of the sewing, embroidery & others machine.

  • Keep maintenance records of the sewing machine.

  • Keep maintenance records & smooth running of solar system

  • Repair and maintenance of all kinds of electro mechanical machineries.

  • Use standard quality cable, electrical tools/ equipment and machineries.

  • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Assist in maintaining project asset records and support logistics documentation.

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
