∎ Priority will be given to internal Mamota 1st Phase or 2nd phase staff.

Job Context:
∎ Looking for Technical Officer - CS for Maternal-Neonatal Health Care and Family Planning Project
∎ Working Conditions: The incumbent will spend at least 70% of his/her working time in the field and health facilities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate project activity at Upazila level
∎ Ensure quality of MNH-FP services at UH&FWC and satellite clinics
∎ Provide technical support to service providers
∎ Organize routine JSV and mentorship visits
∎ Engage community mobilization activities as per demand.
∎ Arrange, plan and ensure joint field visit by GoB health service promoters.
∎ Provide technical support to service providers
∎ Responsible for supervising the services of clinical staff (FWV/Nurse/ Paramedic/FWA) and providing technical assistance for quality assurance
∎ Ensure quality of care services in maternal, neonatal, family planning and nutrition project
∎ Organize, Analyze, Feedback & Coordinate the Programmatic Reporting.
∎ Conduct analysis and prepare project progress reports as per program demands.
∎ Organize training/ orientation for the GoB/NGO staff maternal, neonatal and family planning services.
∎ Make day to day field visit and assist filed level staff to implement quality perfectly.
∎ Help the Satellite UH & FWC/UHC Level Staff to understand the quality based function.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when needed
∎ Use Programmatic Data & other survey findings as per program needs.
∎ Install, Manage, Use & Adapt Project related programmatic data to make data-based program-management decisions and to track progress against implementation plans.
∎ Manage all programmatic monthly/ quarterly/ semi-annual/ yearly reporting.
∎ Organize, Analyze, Feedback & Coordinate the Programmatic Reporting.
∎ Conduct analysis and prepare project progress reports as per program demands.
∎ Introduce MIS at all service delivery points and ensure quality of data.
∎ Provide assistance to build Computer based Programmatic Format.
∎ Review all monthly reports submitted at the Upazila office and provide feedback to the respective.
∎ Conduct routine monitoring visit to the fields and provide feedback to them.
∎ Make routine filed visit and assist filed level staff to implement MIS perfectly.
∎ Printing MIS forms and formats and distribute to the field staff as needed.
∎ Assist for assessing training needs (TNA) of different cadres and developing training curriculum in collaboration with PD.
∎ Monitor the FSOs field activities, provide necessary assistance and work to ensure coverage of interventions.
∎ Monitor service delivery of the project Paramedics in service centers and in satellite clinics to be effectively done as per plan. Monitor the logistic supplies of the project paramedics.
∎ Will play vital role in monthly staff meetings and Monthly MIS report share to Project Director and SCI.
∎ Carry out other programmatic duties as assigned.

∎ Good command in MS Word and reporting.
∎ Co-operate District with support from maternal, health specialist of Save the Children International to lead the Quality Improvement (QI)/ Service Delivery of clinical services in health facilities.
∎ Full time, based in Upazila Headquarter but need some travels at district level.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
