Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc (Honours)/ M.Sc in Agriculture from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly plans for effective execution of Agriculture Unit activitiesespecially safe crop production and marketing.
∎ Responsible for implementing all activities on safe crop production and marketing.
∎ Capacity development of staffs and farmers in Agriculture through providing regular and needbased technical guideline, technical training, mentoring and knowledge sharing etc.
∎ Supervise and give necessary technical support to Program Assistant (Technical) of unit office forimplementing of different intervention of project activities.
∎ Establish different demonstration plot, dissemination of different new technology, give technicalsupport to the farmers.
∎ Ensure timely distribution of various inputs and services at field level through developing necessaryplanning.
∎ Responsible for market development of safe vegetables/crops.
∎ Responsible for regular monitoring, supervising and tracking progress of agriculture relatedintervention, identify problems through regular field visit, report analysis and special assignment inorder to assist management in decision making.
∎ Relation building and maintain linkage with agriculture related private, public and NGO sector.
∎ Prepare, verify and send quarterly replenishment of the project to the donor agency.
∎ Ensure all reporting requirements and prepare report as per WAVE Foundation office and donor requirement.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management for ensuring smooth delivery of any kinds of project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant field
∎ Experience in seed production and marketing
∎ Good verbal and written communication skill in English and Bangla
∎ Good report writing skill in English and Bangla
∎ Good Computer knowledge
∎ Motor Cycle driving skill with valid driving license
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
