Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from a reputed university.
∎ An MBA would be an added advantage.
∎ Certification in Project management would be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Software Development, Software Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality activities of the software team through a strong SOP (standard operating procedure)
∎ Develop and monitor program development using Oracle EBS, HR, and accounts software.
∎ Ensure database planning, designing, and successful administrative role in Oracle, MySQL, and others.
∎ Plan and upgrade existing business software using new technology.
∎ Forecast yearly ICT software plan & budget and monitor accordingly.
∎ IT Projects Management.
∎ Communicate with the business partners and enforce SLA.
∎ Develop and manage team members' performance, and drive technical excellence.
∎ Act as a technical expert resource for other team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Should have job experience in a Head position of at least 5 years.
∎ Candidates who have worked in multinational companies will get priority.
∎ Skills Required: Project management, IT System Management, Custom software, ORACLE EBS, etc.
∎ Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL /PLSQL.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Oracle E-Business suite.
∎ Must have good concept in PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS.
∎ Must have good concept in Microservice architecture.
