Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from a reputed university.
∎ An MBA would be an added advantage.
∎ Related professional certifications would be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality activities of the hardware team through a strong SOP (standard operating procedure).
∎ Develop and monitor hardware using tools (Zabbix, solar winds, etc).
∎ Plan and upgrade hardware using new technology.
∎ Forecast yearly ICT infrastructure plan & budget and monitor accordingly.
∎ IT Projects Management.
∎ Communicate with the business partners and enforce SLA.
∎ Develop and manage team members' performance, and drive technical excellence.
∎ Act as a technical expert resource for other team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Should have job experience in a Head position of at least 5 years.
∎ Candidates who have worked in multinational companies will get priority.
∎ Skills Required: Project management, HCI, ACI, ORACLE Spark, etc.
∎ Strong knowledge in server administrator and network administrator.
∎ Must have good knowledge of HCI and ACI.
∎ Must have good concept in Microservice architecture.
