Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build up dry process and washing development.
∎ Ability to educed water consumption per garment by water-less recipes.
∎ Ability to Test and approve bulk order. Scaling up recipes of development to bulk production.
∎ Good knowledge on Stock management WIP controlling over dry and wet process.
∎ Ability to monitor daily in and output target and efficiency monitoring.
∎ Good knowledge on Maintenance, Costing, IE, Production control, Quality.
∎ Good knowledge on Production Planning Dry and wet section.
∎ Good knowledge on development and production follow up for all denim and garment dyed process.
∎ Good knowledge on developing laboratory washing sample & dyeing.
∎ Good knowledge on all innovation and cost saving solution from water recycle to energy saving.
∎ Good knowledge on Control laboratory activities and fabric evaluation process for shrinkage & shade.
∎ Good knowledge on Chemical Management.
∎ Ability to manage employees/daily production plus development.
∎ Ability to Train staff new technique of special effect washing & new process.
∎ Good knowledge on dry and wet process production.
∎ Calculate & evaluate cost per pieces and recipe choices adequate technical process.
∎ Control Sampling and correction of production and realization of the daily schedule.
∎ Good knowledge on stock management dyes and auxiliary products.
∎ Ability to development of new processes and proposal of new samples.
∎ Good knowledge on dry and wet Process Production Management.
∎ Ability to Plan and launch orders follow up of manufacturing process.
∎ Ability to receive order; capacity study; followed by standard of customer orders.
∎ Control inventory weekly and monthly and annual.
∎ Ability to order Tracking from raw material to customer delivery.
∎ Good knowledge on quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
∎ Good knowledge on control at the reception and comparison of chemical.
∎ Ability to Optimization of the cost of dyeing recipe.
∎ Ability to monitor and updating of dyeing.
∎ Ability to manage and track customer orders.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Reputed buying house and also reputed factory people will be the first preference with long time experience.
∎ Ability to handle additional job responsibility which will be time to time given by the Management.
∎ Must be self-driven, creative able to grasp and implement the assignments quickly.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Fluency in English
∎ Computer skills are essential-specially MS-Excel, MS-Word and E-mail
∎ Good leadership qualities with excellent skills on training and skill imparting
∎ Good interpersonal skills
