Experience:
Identify market trends and propose new trade courses based on demand in Middle Eastern countries and other global markets.
Plan and implement new training programs, curriculum upgrades, and certification processes.
Lead or contribute to institutional development projects, such as infrastructure enhancement, digital transformation, or partnerships.
Work closely with management to design and implement strategic growth plans.
Conduct technical training sessions in one or more trade areas (e.g., Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Welding, etc.).
Develop and update course materials and training modules in alignment with international job requirements.
Supervise and mentor instructors/trainers to maintain high-quality teaching standards.
Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback and assessments.
Oversee the day-to-day technical and administrative operations of the training institute.
Maintain training infrastructure and ensure all equipment is functional and up to standard.
Liaise with government bodies, accreditation organizations, and other stakeholders as required.
Ensure training quality complies with national and international standards.
Prepare reports, evaluations, and documentation for internal and external audits.
