∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ B.Sc in CSE/EEE/Network Technology from any reputed university (Flexible in case of relevant experience in ISP/Telco Industry)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support about LAN, WAN, Internet, and Data systems
∎ Troubleshoot relating to the hardware & software.
∎ Configure & Installation MikroTik, Access Point, WiFI Router, Switch, etc.
∎ Remote Network and mail-related support.
∎ Capable of level-1/2 support to customers over phone/email.
∎ Communication skills with the colleagues & capable to perform with teamwork and report to Department Head will be given preference.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced Knowledge in Excel,Word,office outlook, Basic Networking
Salary: Negotiable
