∎ B.Sc in CSE/EEE/Network Technology from any reputed university (Flexible in case of relevant experience in ISP/Telco Industry)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Over phone support about LAN, WAN, Internet and Data systems in the Help desk.
∎ Over phone troubleshoot relating to the hardware & software.
∎ Configure & Instalaton Desktop,Laptop Router, Switch etc.
∎ Remote Network and mail related support.
∎ Capable for level-1 support to customers over phone/email.
∎ Communication skills with the collegues & capable to perform with teamwork and report to Department Head will be given preferance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced Knowledge in Excel,Word,office outlook, Basic Networking
Salary: Negotiable
