National Energy Services Limited (“NESL”), a company incorporated in Bangladesh having registered office at Suite 702 (7th Floor), 28 Dilkusha Commercial Area, Dhaka-1000 provides a wide range of services for employment of expatriate and National personnel to Telecommunication and Oil & Gas sectors in Bangladesh. NESL intends to engage an experienced a Technical Engineering Manager for one of its clients.

• Proposing and managing budgets for projects.
• Supervising the work of multiple teams.
• Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time.
• Researching and developing designs and products.
• Determining the need for training and talent development.
• Hiring contractors and building teams.
• Implementing business practices, metrics, and procedures to assure total quality of the products and services provided by the team.
• Providing project oversight to achieve quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Working under general direction and has direct and indirect supervisory responsibility.
