Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Government Procurement, Project Documentation, RFP, Technical and Commercial Documentation, Technical Writer/ Manual Writer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate, engage, organize and prepare technical RFP/RFQ responses
∎ Create, manage and maintain project documents.
∎ Preparation of technical guides, SOP, UAT etc.
∎ Preparation of project plan with help from PM and tech team.
∎ Independently gather information to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
∎ Manage and follow-up team documents.
∎ Research online for solution specifications.
∎ Research and update Trustaira website, brochure etc. content on regular basis
∎ Maintains communication between admin, sales and technical team to ensure proper information management.
∎ Prepare, develop and maintain comprehensive documentation that meets organizational and global standards.
∎ Prepares and edits a wide variety of complex technical materials, including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
∎ Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
∎ Work with technical team to identify all documentation repositories, revise and update.
