∎ Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in with MEAL system in health-focused development projects.
∎ Ability to translate M&E concepts into practical methods and tools for teams in the field. Strong analytical skills and understanding of all aspects of quality programming.
∎ Proven experience of developing and managing different project cycle M&E steps and processes (M&E plans, logical frameworks, base, and end-line surveys, mid-term and final evaluations, etc.).
∎ A valid motorcycle driving license is required
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support to management implementing CoLMEAL process including design, implementation and documentation.
∎ Provide technical support to management engaging community partners in terms of CoLMEAL approach execution.
∎ Maintain liaison with MEAL & MIS team of LAMB, respective partners of donor organization (Salanga) [XB1] and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with the program teams in reviewing and preparing monthly, quarterly and final narrative and financial donors’ reports. The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring use of appropriate tools and process at all stages.
∎ Facilitate reflective processes to ground and mainstream CoLMEAL into the project as well as organization level.Provide capacity building for project staff to implement CoLMEAL and also for community groups for adopting with the CoLMEAL process.
∎ Conduct quarterly monitoring of the project activities and outputs using Lot Quality assurance Sampling (LQAS) methodology.
∎ Support to strengthen and sustain the community action planning process and community capacity building.
∎ Make support to build capacity of the team collecting data, validation and compilation and also doing data analysis.
∎ Responsible to make sure the support for conducting baseline, mid-term and end line evaluation of the project including other relevant activity with quality.
∎ Supports all MEAL initiatives for assigned project including monitoring data quality, tracking the progress of activities and contributing to staff capacity building initiatives as necessary.
∎ Support design and implement Qualitative monitoring system for the project.
∎ Assist program development/Grants Management in establishing log frames, for drafting donor
∎ Proposal development as well as throughout the project implementation.
∎ Review and analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly reports with the Project Manager to identify the causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation and to enhance quality of reporting relating to CoLMEAL approach.
∎ Ensure spiritual concepts & holistic approach in communication, service delivery, administration and resolution of conflicts·

∎ Job Summary: The Technical Coordinator-CoLMEAL is responsible for implementing the Community-Led Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (CoLMEAL) is about communities owning the MEAL process end-to-end. It is an approach that capacitates diverse community members - including those who are socially, politically or economically excluded - to monitor, analyze, share, and reflect on progress against their community development plans based on outcomes and indicators they define to take action to achieve their goals and vision. The purpose of the Community-Led Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (CoLMEAL) position is to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability of programs and projects by fostering a culture of learning, evidence-based decision-making, and adaptive management for community groups through CoLMEAL approach and s/he will be supporting the CoLMEAL process with the PGs/PIs. S/he will also be responsible to strengthen and sustain the community action planning process and community capacity building efforts for project results sustained beyond the project life cycle. Besides, as part of the PICC (Project Implementation Coordination Committee), TC-CoLMEAL will support to ensure program plans are reflective of the program priorities and data collection activities of the target communities.
∎ Program Management Support:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary: Around Tk. 49,800 per month gross. Other benefits include provident fund, festival allowance once per year, and critical illness and death benefit.
