Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a "Technical Content Specialist" to join our "Product Experience & Technical Content" Team.

The role combines Technical Documentation, RFP Response Writing, and UX improvement ideation, requiring a blend of creativity, clarity, and analytical thinking.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality Documentation (User Guides/Manuals) for Orbund’s SIS products, crafting compelling RFP and business proposal responses, and suggesting actionable ideas to enhance the user experience. This position plays a key role in communicating Orbund’s value — both to end users and to prospective clients.

💎Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, edit, and maintain User Guides, FAQs, Release Notes, knowledge base articles, and internal documentation.

● Translate complex system processes into clear, structured, and visually engaging content.

● Prepare persuasive, accurate, and professionally formatted RFP and Proposal Responses for clients across international markets.

● Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Management teams to ensure proposal content aligns with product capabilities and business strategy.

● Work closely with Developers, QA, and Implementation teams to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance.

● Review Orbund’s product interface and user workflows to identify areas for improved clarity and usability, and share practical UX enhancement ideas.

● Create video tutorial scripts, visual aids, and process diagrams that simplify training and adoption.

● Maintain a repository of proposal templates, product summaries, and compliance statements for efficient reuse.

💎Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in CSE, EEE, or a related field. Candidates from other relevant academic backgrounds with strong technical skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with an English Medium schooling background will be given preference.

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English is a MUST, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across different audiences.

• Creative and analytical writing skills, with strong computer proficiency and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Exceptionally tech-savvy — must be comfortable exploring new software, web applications, and digital tools. Should be able to troubleshoot issues independently and find efficient workarounds when tasks become challenging.

• Strong research and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for improving processes, workflows, and overall usability.

• Knowledge of SaaS or EdTech platforms is an added advantage, especially familiarity with cloud-based tools and online learning systems.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
