Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Cement Industry, Paper, Steel, Power, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Cement Industry, Paper, Steel, Power, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Candidate should have at least 3-4 years of IT-related work experience in any large IT Firm/Group of Industries.       

• Analytical skills, report writing, and presentation skills.        

• Written and oral communication skills in English & Bangla.        

• Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Email Correspondence.

• Assist in developing internal Audit plan, programs & SOP in consultation with the department head and ensure implementation across the group accordingly to confirm proper compliance.

• Conduct investigations on detailed IT related activities and prepare detailed audit reports on audit findings with necessary observations and recommendations.

• Check and verify all kinds of price rate of IT purchase items, and other IT work to manage cost overrun.

• Perform routine audit works in HO/Factory/ Plant to check IT-related bills to ensure transparency in day-to-day transactions.

• Maintain integrity and confidentiality whenever investigations are conducted to ensure fairness.

• Perform sourcing of the right vendors for transparent procurement of IT equipment.

• Check the usages and warranty covered of IT equipment both Hardware & Software.

• Check and verify the work performance of IT equipment’s.

• Justify/verify the quality of all IT work to ensure the efficiency of business operation.
