Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage overall hatchery operations including production, quality, maintenance and facilities to provide good quality chicks.
∎ Oversee the entire value chain of hatchery operations i.e. egg selection, setting, candling, transfer, machine maintenance, parent stock processing, sexing, quality control and vaccination.
∎ Prepare annual production budget based on the sales requirements.
∎ Provide feasibility studies on business expansion.
∎ Train all employees related to hatchery operations as and when necessary.
