Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage overall hatchery operations including fish fry production, feed and hatchery management.
∎ Oversee entire production, breeding techniques, machine maintenance, stock processing, quality control and implementing best practices to enhance fish growth and survival rates.
∎ Lead research and development efforts, including research on new broodstock, feed formulations, and innovative hatchery techniques to enhance productivity.
∎ Prepare annual production based on the sales requirements.
∎ Provide feasibility studies on hatchery operation business expansion.
∎ Train and support hatchery staff to improve efficiency.
