Experience:
Provide technical guidance in shrimp nursery operations (rearing, water quality, feeding, disease prevention) by working hands-on with the technical team.
Achieve targets for healthy PL production and survival rates.
Monitor water quality, shrimp health, and operational parameters.
Maintain biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks.
Lead and manage the technical team to ensure high performance.
Plan production schedules and allocate resources efficiently
Support the business with market insights for launching new product line in aquaculture and/or shrimp.
Train and mentor team members on best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational challenges.
Monitor and manage inventory of feed, chemicals, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and industry regulations.
Provide technical support during audits, inspections, and client visits.
Develop and implement strategies for cost-effective production.
Prepare and present operational reports to management.
Stay updated on aquaculture advancements and recommend improvements.
