Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the latest technology is in use and the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications, following the standard design principles, patterns, and best practices.
∎ Manage business change initiatives and emergency implementations, coordinating with in-house teams to evaluate, design, plan, implement, and test new system requirements.
∎ Involvement in the financial system implementation and ensuring the business user’s requirements are in place.
∎ Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness by adopting industry-standard design principles, patterns, and best practices.
∎ Perform situational analysis, review of financial statements and other reports to define system flaws for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
∎ Monitor routine jobs [periodic MIS & financial statement verification] of MIS teams for both branch & HO also manage and communicate exceptions for corrective measures.
∎ Oversee MIS reporting processes, including verification of financial statements for branches and head office, while managing exceptions and implementing corrective actions.
∎ Develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
∎ Provide recommendations to update current MIS for improving reporting efficiency and consistency.
∎ Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis and providing regular MIS reports to senior management.
∎ Understand business user’s problems and provide appropriate technical solutions (lead the IT Project, system maintenance, change management, day-to-day systems support, and issue resolution).
∎ Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit business requirements, streamline processes, and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to high ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
∎ Work closely with the MIS team and perform other duties as and when required.
