Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take preventive action and daily maintenance of sewing machines & electrical equipment’s.
∎ Provide full support for smooth running of all sewing machines, steam boiler/iron, embroidery machines, currying machine etc.
∎ Troubleshoot for all the sewing, embroidery and others machines etc.
∎ Keep maintenance & records as per schedule of the sewing, embroidery & others machines and other electrical equipments.
∎ Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
∎ Ensuring the proper stock of related items keeping proper documents.
∎ Repair and maintenance of all kinds of electro mechanical machineries.
∎ Use standard quality cable, electrical tools/ equipment’s and machineries.
∎ Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
∎ Ensuring the preservation of broken needles by maintaining proper documents.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
