∎ As the volume of daily consumers are rapidly increasing, we are looking for smart, witty, technically sound Team Lead for the Software Team.
∎ Currently, the software Engineering team plays an important role integrating very complex yet smart hardware to software solution for the vehicle. Client applications like Web DashBoard, mobile application support for both iOS and Android ecosystem and hardware to software data binding are all the responsibilities Software Engineering team has to orchestrate.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You need to play the role of a Team Leader than a Lead Developer.
∎ You might need not to code, but when there is a call you need to answer with the best solutions required.
∎ You are free and equally responsible to choose any tools, technologies, resources and framework if that is obvious and necessary for the growth of the Company.
∎ You need to communicate throughout the other teams for feature implementations, bug solving and error correction in any step of the life cycle of any services provided by the software team.
∎ You need to architect any existing and or future features from scratch if the situation demands.
∎ You also confirm the quality of the code, make sure proper tests are met and state of the art developing procedures are followed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years

∎ You know how the Vehicle Tracking System works with instantaneous location data.
∎ You have a good understanding of any OO Programming language and you can fluently write classical Data structure and algorithms from scratch.
∎ You have a good understanding of concurrent data sharing between different services.
∎ You are patient enough to make yourself familiar with legacy code and you are good at adding features to it.
∎ You have a good solid working knowledge of working with any Message Queuing Tools or services(ex. RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc).
∎ You have a solid understanding of location based data processing. Alse you are good to go with Geo Fencing, Geo Tagging and Geo Based Location Tagging terms.
∎ You are good enough to replicate any feature most obvious for the business.
∎ You know how mobile application work and familiar with any known Hybrid Mobile Application Framework( ex. Flutter, React Native). You are also aware of the limitations of certain tools, frameworks or languages regarding Cross-Platform Mobile Application development.
∎ You know how to adopt Agile workflow to your team and have been experienced to practice it for at least 2 years.
∎ You are very open to any new technology adaptation and bear an open mentality to changes obvious and necessary.
∎ You are fun, easy and reliant to reach, collaborate and communicate online and offline if required.
