Educational Requirements:
∎ Should be Bachelor of Fashion Technology, Textile Designing.
∎ Any foreign working experience/degree/training will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to deliver day to day production operations of the plant successfully.
∎ Ability to manage the complete account from production to shipment handover.
∎ Ability to manage the team allocated, motivate and lead them to perform their duties and also ensure proper merchandising systems and continuous monitoring is in place.
∎ Ability to hold strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
∎ Ability to manage potential risks and solve conflicts.
∎ Ability to analyze team’s efficiency and productivity. Take continuous feedbacks on how to improve and provide required training.
∎ Ability to groom Team members to adapt as per the Companies necessity.
∎ Ability to negotiating process with supplier.
∎ Ability to assist and provide design support to the sampling and production team.
∎ Ability to handle product from concept stage to the sales sampling.
∎ Ability to managing the profitability.
∎ Ability to establish and implement a business strategy to feed growth in capacities.
∎ Ability to develops and manages production schedules to meet volume, cost and quality goals
∎ Ability to drive business growth with existing customers and also building new customers
∎ Ability to setting up production target & achieving the same within time and cost parameters
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be good in English
∎ Good command over computer applications / MS OFFICE
∎ Should be a strong analytical approach towards building business strategies and implantation.
∎ Good leadership qualities with excellent skills on training and skill imparting
∎ Should be strong communication/negotiation skills.
∎ Should be sound knowledge across all kinds of Garments.
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Should have a high sense of responsibility and accountability
