• At least 20 years of experience in the fields of fields of Agribusiness/ Agricultural economics/ Agricultural Marketing Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Postharvest Technology or relevant. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in handling large datasets. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with other relevant software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to travel frequently to project sites.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bangla language effectively, both oral and writing.
• Able to report writing
• Preference will be given to candidate/s who has good experience on Training Coordinator/ Project Coordinator, Project Management.
• Have adequate computer knowledge on Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, power point and capable to use Internet.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bangle language effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Able to summarize the results or observation.

Job Description:

• Conduct training programs in agribusiness, agricultural marketing, agricultural economics, agriculture, horticulture, agronomy, postharvest technology, or related fields.
• Facilitate month-long training programs in various locations across the country.
• The job duration is 24 months from the date of joining.
• Coordinate and communicate with the Donor, Firm and concern authority
• Maintain routine correspondence with the Donor, Firm and concern authority
• Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams in training plan development and project activities.
• Guide the entire project process, ensuring seamless execution.
• Provide logistic support to the team.
• Conduct training sessions and facilitate of the project
• Developing the field implementation plan.
• Monitor and evaluate project activities.
• Develop planning, supervision, and monitoring strategies.
• Design and develop training modules and guidelines.
• Ensure timely implementation of project components and deliverables.
• Conduct capacity-building training for project stakeholders.
• Provide support in managing Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
• Facilitate support for local committees.
• Manage project activities efficiently.
• Lead large-scale training programs.
• Monitor capacity-building activities.
• Train project field staff and participants.
• Supervise employee training and operational monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for office activities.
• Conduct field visits as needed.
• Adopt a learning-by-doing approach in training.
• Travel extensively to collect data and supervise surveys in rural areas of Bangladesh.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Preference given to candidates with experience working with government bodies or NGOs at the national or local level.
• Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and yearly Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plans.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality and effectiveness of project implementation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data, preparing detailed reports including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for donors.
• Deliver lectures to rural entrepreneurs.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the firm
