Experience:

• Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university of Bangladesh.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Consulting Firms, Research Organization

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in facilitation, training delivery, community development, and reporting.

• Experience preferably in NGOs, consulting firms, or development projects with national and/or international clients.

• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.

• Ability to interpret data and prepare training reports and documentation.

• Strong analytical, networking, and people-management skills.

• Willingness to stay and work in Savar and Keraniganj Upazilas.

• Proficiency in Bangla and basic working knowledge of English.

• Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and general IT skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• Field-level experience in migration practices and other relevant training areas.

• Design, plan, and conduct training sessions, workshops, and learning events in the development sector.

• Develop and adapt training modules, manuals, and learning materials.

• Apply modern training methods, tools, and participatory techniques.

• Facilitate day-to-day training programs and workshops effectively.

• Organize community-based training programs and coordinate logistics.

• Use PowerPoint and other digital tools for training delivery.

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working with government bodies and/or NGOs at national or local levels.

• Ability to deliver structured lectures and sessions on migration-related topics.
