• A minimum of 10 years of work experience in agribusiness, agricultural economics, agricultural marketing, agriculture, horticulture, agronomy, postharvest technology, or related fields.
• 10 years experience in Training and Project Management will be given preference

• At least 10 years of experience in the fields of fields of Agribusiness/ Agricultural economics/ Agricultural Marketing Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Postharvest Technology or relevant. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in handling large datasets. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with other relevant software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to travel frequently to project sites.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bangla language effectively, both oral and writing.
• Able to report writing
• Preference will be given to candidate/s who has good experience on Training Coordinator/ Project Coordinator, Project Management.
• Have adequate computer knowledge on Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, power point and capable to use Internet.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bangle language effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Able to summarize the results or observation.

Job Description :

• Conduct training programs in agribusiness, agricultural marketing, agricultural economics, agriculture, horticulture, agronomy, postharvest technology, or related fields.
• Facilitate month-long training programs in various locations across the country.
• The job duration is 24 months from the date of joining.
• Experience in designing training events in the development sector, conducting training sessions, and developing training modules.
• Willingness to master the training cycle and conduct daily training sessions and workshops.
• Strong facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training plans, curricula, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with modern training methods, tools, and techniques, including the use of PowerPoint software.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with government bodies or NGOs at the national or local level.
• Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and yearly monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plans.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure the quality and effectiveness of project implementation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data, and prepare detailed reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for donors.
• Ability to deliver lectures to rural entrepreneurs.
• Deliver lectures to rural entrepreneurs.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
