Job Context: We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused and sales oriented individual to join our team as a Team Leader- Telemarketing (Call Center). As the first point of contact for our esteemed customers, you have to contribute significantly to lead generation, customer satisfaction and overall business success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations and ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to meet team targets.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to provide information about available properties and promotions.

  • Assisting the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and relevant customer information.

  • Updating customer records and maintaining an accurate database of all interactions.
