Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target and contribute to the sales growth on a monthly basis.
∎ Managing, mentoring, objective setting and performance monitoring of members of the Sales team
∎ Prepare and submit sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic revenue forecasts to the management
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
∎ Regularly update self and the team in respect of product knowledge, features and amenities of company projects.
∎ Train and prepare a pool of efficient sales personnel having sound product knowledge and professional skill
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through rapport with Clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 3 years as a Team leader/Manager of a reputed Real Estate Development Company in Bangladesh
∎ Hard working and proactive
∎ Strong negotiation skill
∎ Highly confident, strong business sense and industry expertise
∎ Natural ability and flair to persuade and influence the decision making process of potential clients
∎ Excellent inter personal and communication skill
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
∎ Ability to complement performance of the Sales team with cross functional coordination and communication as and when required
