Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a high-performing Team Leader-Sales to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The person will be responsible for maximizing output of the sales team reporting to him.
∎ Candidates ready to join with short notice will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Own mentoring, objective setting, training and performance monitoring of members of the Sales team.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Prepare and submit sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Assist the company management in arranging and conducing property fairs.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise
∎ Excellent mentoring, motivating and people management skills.
